William Mitchell College of Law is an independent and private law school that is located in St. Paul, Minnesota. William Mitchell College of Law has its history dating back to 1900, when the St. Paul College of Law was founded. However, the William Mitchell College of Law was the result of the merger of several law schools, notably St. Paul College of Law and the Minneapolis-Minnesota College of Law, which would occur in July of 1956.
